An Open letter to the Federal Government of the United States. 

 

 

We, the doers and achievers of this great nation, are angry. We are the producers, the small business owners, construction workers, inventors, mechanics, hairdressers, doctors, business professionals and everyone in between. We are all very, very angry. Without us there isn’t a Federal Government. UNDERSTAND THAT. Our government is not right or left anymore, Republican or Democrat. It is just two parties now-Dumb and Dumber. We will not allow you to destroy the United States of America. We will keep our freedoms. Believe it.

 

When America has been asked for a hand for those in need we have always given an arm. We have done so willingly, compassionately, and patiently. We have wanted everyone to succeed in this country without regard to race, ethnicity, or religious beliefs. We have spent billions of dollars and now we are spending TRILLIONS. We have not seen a major change because of these policies. Are the policies designed to fail? Is our government deliberately keeping the some citizens of this country in poverty just to garnish a vote? Where has all the money gone? What has it produced? We produce it but don’t want you to waste it. We have acquiesced and jumped when you said jump. We will not tolerate it anymore.

We have stood by and watched as our freedoms have slowly been taken away, our hard work ignored, and we have kept quiet while our government has intruded more and more into every aspect of our lives. We have watched our taxes soar with no end in sight. We have been ridiculed, vilified, threatened, and harassed . We are coming to you to tell you that we are BROKE. We do not have any more money to give to you because you waste  it, spend lavishly, and are not entitled to it all. We are coming to you with our new Bill of Rights 2009. We advise you that read them carefully and understand them. We mean everything we say, unlike you and the oath you have taken for a position of power as an elected official in the United States of America. 

We know you don’t like to read bills so we will keep it short, precise, and simple so that you will not need a lawyer to understand the meaning of our words and comprehend our bill completely. It will not be 1,018 pages but just one page.We are efficient; we keep the country running while you keep it in turmoil. We are the American People. We have spoken.  

 

We are entitled to this by the previous Bill of Rights sent forth by our founding fathers; Article the third          (First Amendment):

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to peacefully to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

So let us ask, Why do we have people on trial in the United States of America for saying a prayer in our schools? Why do we have a czar that wants to stop free speech in The United States of America by shutting down talk radio stations, do they not have free speech? Why are we dismissed as right-wing mobs when we petition our Government for a redress of grievances?  We want answers. We want them now.

 

All of these things are against the constitution and we want them stopped immediately.

 

                                     Bill of Rights - 2009 - By the people that produce.

 

1.    No bill that your aides write will be longer than 10 pages. It will be written in precise language that will not need to be interpreted by a court of law. If you cannot say what you passing in ten pages we don’t want it. No more 1,000 page bills with every wish list known to CONGRESS thrown in. Read every bill-this should make it easier for you to do that. The bill will be posted on the internet for no less than one month and the people will decide.

 

2.    We want to know exactly where our trillions went. NOW. We want an audit of the Federal Reserve by an outside independent firm that will not be harassed, threatened, or kneecapped into submission. We have a right to know which organizations, groups, companies, countries, and individuals are walking away with billions of our dollars. It is our money, we want every dime of it accounted for. We do not want another 2 trillion added to the deficit by Timothy Geithner on a Friday at 5:00, your typical way of screwing the public. We want the waste and fraud in Government stopped. PUT THE MONEY BACK.

     Article 1, Section 9 of the Bill of Rights sent forth from our founding Fathers states,‘No money shall be Drawn from the treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.”  It’s now time. DO IT. 

 

3.    We do not want a Cap and Trade bill passed that has proved to be a faulty science, a job killer for working Americans but a windfall for those that want to pass it because you are heavily invested (and will make a fortune) in companies that want to change the very fabric of America for the worst. DON'T DO IT.

4.    We want a complete rewritten tax code that is simpler, fairer and concise. We want it done by the end of the year. Since only 50% OF US PAY TAXES and since you can write bills so fast these days it shouldn’t be that hard to do. 

     

     However, according to Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution it states that, ”The congress shall have Power to lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts, and Excises. To pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States.” 

     Then why do 50% not pay taxes? Keep the Bush tax cuts in effect. We have no more to give to YOU. It’s money down the drain and we work for it. You do not. Keep the estate tax at zero. We paid you once on that money. NO MORE. Put all of the money not spent back into the treasury immediately. Do not touch another cent. Obama economics is a disaster. We will ratify this on April 15, 2010. 

 

5.    We want all of 30 some czars who have been appointed to be approved by the Senate. We demand the names of all the Senators that have approved of known communists and far left radicals being appointed to the Executive Branch of our Government. We want it posted on the Senate website. 

 

Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution states that,” He (the President) shall have the power, with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the Supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law : but the congress may by law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.”      

Where is the established law? Every Senator who approved this should speak up and put your name forth - we want to know who you are. The executive branch of government can not over power all other branches.

6.    We want you to abide by and adhere to any bill that you pass into law. No one in the government is exempt from any bill thrown down the throats of the American people. Pass socialized health care and you are last in line. All of you have deceived, stolen from and abused the powers given you. If you don’t want it for your own lives we don’t want it for ours. That means all the tax cheats in the government too. Pay up. The American citizens pay taxes and you will too. Do it now or we will not -because we pay for you!

 

7.    Stay far, far away from Government run health care. You are over stepping your authority. You may fix the problems in 3 easy steps. 

      1. De-regulate all your previous regulations. They have caused most of the problems. Stop state by state insurance. Let us chose from the 1300 agencies available.

      2. Tort Reform. Stop your back door legislating and stop the trial lawyers from exorbitant windfalls paid for by the consumer and on the back of doctor's. We all pay for you.Do it now.

 3.  Stop the fraud and waste in Medicaid and Medicare that run in the billions. If you can't stop fraud in these areas you aren't capable of running anymore of our health care. You can’t run these or the Veterans Health care so stay out of the general public’s health care. We will not turn over another 16% of our economy to you. Not now. Not ever. Abolish the 1000 page bills. We do not want it. We can’t afford it.  Stop lying about it. You haven’t read it so you do not know what you are talking about. Three sentences - it's fixed. Shut up, stop lying, and get out of our way.

8.    Get out of our way, our lives, our health care, our money and our future. 

     We do not need you but you MUST have us. 

         

We will never allow those that have sacrificed their lives to keep America free to have died in vain. So the real    change coming to America is getting rid of fraudulent, corrupt, hypocritical, irresponsible, self  serving, incompetent,  egotistical bureaucrats that feel they are above the American people.  We know that there are many honest, ethical representatives in government who are trying to adhere to the principles embedded in the Constitution and faithfully  represent the interests of the people that they serve – we appeal to you to help stop this madness.
